In no event shall CSDelta’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any outstanding subscription fees remain due. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Changes to the Terms
