These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services, including but not limited to our CS2 skin search engine, price comparison features, and subscription-based offerings (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service, operated by CSDelta ("we", "us", or "our"), provides tools and information for CS2 players, including skin price comparisons and related functionalities. We may provide links to third-party websites or services, such as CS2 skin marketplaces, for additional functionality.

Use of the Service

By using the Service, you agree to:

• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or terms at our discretion. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or other means at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to subscription-based features of the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect payment details.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party websites or services, such as CS2 skin marketplaces, for price comparisons or other functionalities. These third-party services are not owned or controlled by CSDelta, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, privacy policies, practices, or availability. You acknowledge and agree that CSDelta is not liable for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

User Accounts

Certain features of the Service require logging in with your Steam account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Steam account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. By logging in with your Steam account, you agree to comply with Steam’s terms of service and privacy policy, available at Steam's Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data visualizations, available on or through the Service is the property of CSDelta or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CSDelta does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided, including but not limited to skin prices, marketplace data, or tool outputs. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSDelta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in any information, including skin prices or availability.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information.
• Interruptions, cessations, or malfunctions of the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the Service.
• Actions, omissions, or conduct of third parties, including third-party marketplaces or service providers.

In no event shall CSDelta’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CSDelta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any outstanding subscription fees remain due.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, by email, or other means at least 30 days before they take effect, where feasible. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSDelta regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
